At Show To Sell, we are all about our Home Managers. Our
main job is to work with managers to facilitate their transition into a new
home and address any problems they may have while living in one of our homes,
such as repair costs and maintenance.
Home Managers provide a service for Show To Sell with no
lease requirements. Since they are not tied to a lease and not considered
tenants, they can move with a thirty-day written notice. This provides
flexibility not afforded by a typical rent.
What does this service entail? Keeping the house in Show To Sell condition: beds
made, rooms tidied, etc. Home Managers cooperate with brokers, making the home
available for showings from 9am to 8pm, seven days a week.
If the house in which a Home Manager has been placed gets sold, it becomes our
job to relocate them; we try our best to accommodate their needs, such as
staying close to work or finding a house large enough for families. After the
home is sold, Home Managers have a minimum of thirty days to move out, plenty
of time for us to set them up in a new location.
Show To Sell collects a low monthly fee that
is typically 60% to 80% less than
the average rent for a comparable house. On top of this, Home Managers are
expected to cover typical utilities and repairs.
We look for people who own furniture we can work with and supplement the look
with our own stock for a nominal fee. This makes our program an especially good
match for retired professionals who would have to put their furniture in
storage in any typical rent situation.
Why pay the exorbitant rent of Fairfield County when you
can live in a luxury home with a professional design job? The Home Manager Program
allows for fine homes to become a practical, affordable reality.
We are looking for responsible and friendly individuals to manage our homes. A
screening process is required to guarantee our clients a Home Manager who meets
our high standards. Call or email us today and see if you are qualified to
manage and live in a luxury home!
