At Show To Sell, we are all about our Home Managers. Our main job is to work with Home Managers to facilitate their transition into a new home, as well as address any problems they may have while living in one of our homes, such as repair costs and maintenance.
Home Managers provide a service for Show To Sell, Homeowners, and Realtors with no lease requirements. Since they are not tied to a lease and not considered tenants, they can move with a thirty-day written notice.
What does this service entail? Generally, keeping the house in "Show To Sell" shape is paramount. Home Managers cooperate with brokers, making the home available for showings from 9am to 8pm, seven days a week.
If a Home Manager’s current home is sold, it becomes our job to relocate them, and we try our best to accommodate for their needs such as staying close to work or finding a house large enough for families. After the home is sold, Home Managers have a minimum of thirty days to move out, plenty of time for us to set them up in a new location.
Show To Sell collects a low monthly fee from the Home Managers to live in the house. This fee is typically 60% to 80% less than the average rent for a comparable house.
While we do not provide permanent housing, temporary housing benefits relocating professionals searching for a home to purchase, or who are waiting to build or saving to buy. Out-of-town buyers are able to get acquainted with an unknown area before making a decision to purchase.
Don’t have enough furniture to fill a mansion? Not a problem. We have access to a wide variety of home furnishings and, at a nominal cost, will come in to help decorate and get the home ready to show!
