Our program is different than typical home staging because it provides a true human touch—responsible adults living in and maintaining the house—at no cost to the seller. This is an extremely economical and huge relief for common seller’s woes, such as lack of interest and sales that fall through. But, for those who want traditional home staging, we offer that service as well, for a fee.
How do we ensure that the home is presented and maintained to our standards? We start by decorating the home ourselves, and then we frequently drop in unannounced on our Home Managers, to make sure that they are keeping their home in "show home" shape. And of course, the property will always be returned in the same or better condition.
A Show To Sell home is easy to show to potential buyers; a key is available in the lock box outside the house, as well as at the MLS (Multiple Listing Service), so short-notice showings are simple to secure.
